Chris also serves as the Founding Pastor and Lead Missionary at Point Church in the Raleigh area.  Chris has lived in North Carolina his entire life and feels a specific calling to see a church planting movement in our State.

Corey Alley is the Executive Director of Carolina Movement, a church planting network committed to seeing a gospel-centered church in every North Carolina community. As a seasoned church planter and the founding pastor of SOJO Church, Corey brings visionary leadership, practical coaching, and a passion for multiplication to the movement. He works alongside pastors and planters to equip, encourage, and empower local churches to reach the lost and launch new works across the state. Corey lives in Concord, NC, with his wife Betsy and their two children.

JT Riley is the pastor of Local Point Church, leading its mission to plant churches near every major Marine Corps installation worldwide. His commitment to this unique calling is deeply rooted in his 9-years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of SSgt. JT has been happily married to Allison for 21 years and they have been blessed with five children ranging in ages 20 years old to 5 months old. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, working out and watching the San Francisco 49ers with his family.

Colin Wells is a nonprofit leader based in Garner, North Carolina, where he lives with his wife, McKenzie. He serves as the Executive Director of both Mission Support, which helps pastors stay focused on their calling by handling operational needs, and Carolina Care Center, a ministry devoted to helping more churches help more people through care, counseling, and restoration.

Colin also plays a key support role with Carolina Movement and Triangle Church Network, two church planting organizations working across North Carolina. With a degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Colin brings a unique blend of creative and organizational leadership rooted in a heart for the local church. He’s worked both for and alongside a range of ministries-from brand-new church plants to multisite churches-and is passionate about helping leaders thrive in their mission to further the Gospel of Jesus.

Allison Thomas is a communications leader based in Cary, North Carolina, where she lives with her husband, Landon. She serves as the Communications Coordinator for both Mission Support, which helps pastors stay focused on their calling by handling operational needs, and Carolina Movement, a church planting network serving leaders across the state.

Originally from Raleigh and a proud graduate of Meredith College, Allison holds a degree in Communications and brings a thoughtful, creative approach to every project she touches. In addition to her work in ministry, she is the owner of Make Moore Studios, a Christian photography business dedicated to capturing meaningful, God-honoring moments.

With deep roots in the local church and a passion for helping leaders communicate with clarity and purpose, Allison is committed to supporting Gospel-centered ministries in any way she can.

Jerome is the Lead Pastor of Teaching and Vision at Vision Church in Raleigh. Originally from Southeast Washington, DC, he moved to Raleigh in 1997 to attend Saint Augustine’s College, where he earned a degree in Communications. Jerome is passionate about raising up gospel-centered leaders in the urban context and planting churches that reflect that vision. He’s a devoted husband to Crystal and proud dad to Jamari and Jerome III. When he’s not teaching or leading, you can find him enjoying music, reading theology, or catching a good football game.
