Impact Retreat
2027 Impact Retreat
Experience Charleston. Deepen Relationships. Invest in the Mission.
May 11–13, 2027 • Charleston, SC
The Impact Retreat brings together pastors, leaders, and partners who are passionate about seeing the Gospel advance through church planting across the Carolinas.
Hosted at Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina, this retreat creates intentional space to step away from the pace of everyday leadership, build meaningful relationships, and hear firsthand how God is moving through Carolina Movement. You’ll spend time with like-minded leaders and partners, listen to stories of transformation and challenge, and look ahead together at what it will take to continue funding and fueling this mission.
Spouses are welcome and encouraged to attend and fully participate in the retreat experience.
This is an exclusive gathering reserved for our Stakeholder Churches and specially invited guests. If you’re interested in attending or learning more, please email us at info@carolinamovement.com.

ABOUT THE HOTEL
Stay on the Charleston Waterfront
Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina puts the waterfront at the center of the retreat. Our group will stay at Harborside at Patriots Point, with Charleston Harbor, the marina, and views toward the downtown skyline just outside the hotel.
The resort gives the retreat an easy rhythm: sessions and hosted meals onsite, room to slow down and connect, and direct access to Charleston when the schedule opens up.
Optional Golf at Patriots Point Links
Turn the open time into a round with friends or a team member. Patriots Point Links is located right beside the resort and offers an 18-hole course overlooking Charleston Harbor. Golf is optional and guests are responsible for green fees, club rentals, and other personal activity costs.
Explore Downtown Charleston
The resort offers scheduled complimentary shuttle service to and from downtown Charleston. Guests can also catch the Charleston Water Taxi from the marina for a scenic ride across the harbor. Schedules and availability may change, so check with the front desk during your stay.
Extend Your Stay
Make the retreat part of a longer Charleston getaway. Bring your spouse for a few extra waterfront days, or add a golf weekend with a friend or team member. Retreat guests may book nights before or after the contracted retreat dates at 15% off the resort’s prevailing online rate, subject to availability.
Extra nights must be reserved by phone. Call 843-856-0028 or 888-856-0028 and identify yourself with the Carolina Movement group.
