Impact Retreat

Experience the Crystal Coast. Deepen Relationships. Invest in the Mission.

April 15–17 • Atlantic Beach, NC

The Impact Retreat brings together pastors, leaders, and partners who are passionate about seeing the Gospel advance through church planting across North Carolina.

Held on the Crystal Coast, this retreat creates intentional space to step away from the pace of everyday leadership, build meaningful relationships, and hear firsthand how God is moving through Carolina Movement. You’ll spend time with like-minded leaders and partners, listen to stories of transformation and challenge, and look ahead together at what it will take to continue funding and fueling this mission.

Spouses are welcome and encouraged to attend and fully participate in the retreat experience.

This is an exclusive gathering reserved for our Stakeholder Churches and specially invited guests. If you’re interested in attending or learning more, please email us at info@carolinamovement.com.

Vision, Relationship, and Mission Investment

The Impact Retreat is not simply a getaway — and it’s not a typical event.

It is a relational gathering designed to:

  • Celebrate what God is already doing through church planting in North Carolina

  • Share real stories from planters, leaders, and partners

  • Strengthen relationships among those who care deeply about the mission

  • Invite continued financial partnership to help fund the work ahead

During the retreat, we will clearly share the vision and financial needs of Carolina Movement and extend an opportunity to invest generously in the mission of seeing a church planting movement in North Carolina — every county and beyond.

What’s Included

The Impact Retreat is designed to create space for meaningful conversation, shared meals, and unhurried time together.

Carolina Movement will provide:

  • Hotel accommodations at our oceanfront retreat location

  • Breakfast and dinner each day, where stories are shared and relationships deepen

  • All retreat sessions and hosted gatherings

Guests will cover:

  • Lunches, offering the freedom to explore the area or enjoy downtime

  • Optional activities such as golf, fishing, or time along the Crystal Coast

Mornings begin with the sound of the ocean. Evenings end around the table. Between sessions, conversations continue — about the mission, the need, and what it will take to see more churches planted across North Carolina.
